ACCESSING REPORTS ON THE PORTAL
Access the Annual Study Plan and Quarterly Progress Report Forms from your Family Portal!
Select SCHOOL, then RESOURCE DOCUMENTS, and choose the form needed.

Fill in your report and click the submit button at the bottom of the page.
To view the Student Report Card
Under Student, SELECT Report Card to view a generic template of current grades.

Your student's custom report card or transcript is emailed via the secure portal at year end.
To view office updates and calendar
Updates, announcements, and the school calendar appear on the main page of your Family Portal.
How to CONVERT MULTIPLE FILES INTO A SINGLE PDF DOC
Choose the device or app you are using below and follow the instructions.

iPhone: To combine multiple images on an iPhone follow these steps from Apple or do a search for the device you have.
1. Select all photos you want to combine into one pdf within your Camera Roll.
(They should be in the order you want them combined in.)
2. Tap the share button (the up arrow in the box at the top left hand corner of the screen)
3. Tap iBooks icon prompting to "Save the PDF file in iBooks"
Android: To add images you want to convert:
1. Tap the plus sign icon on the toolbar. Folders on your device containing images are listed.
2. Tap on the folder containing the images you want to include in your PDF file.
3. To select the images, click the selection button at the top of the screen.
Desktop PC:
Use a PDF converting app such as Adobe and follow their instructions.
"Choose File -->Create--> Combine Files Into A Single PDF. Select Single PDF and then add your docs."
iMac:
1. Put docs and photos in a folder. (Ex. Student_Work_Samples_Q1)
2. Open the Finder window. Select all in the folder (c-trl + A).
3. Select "create a PDF" from the selection pane (bottom right).
