3. Describe any student community service to be included on the student's high school transcript. Include dates and accumulated hours of service. Examples: Grade 10 & 11: Boxing and food delivery to the elderly, two hours every two weeks. Approximately 72 hours total. Grade 12: Service at women's shelter. Four hours once a month for eight months. Equals 32 hours.
